A thoughtful match begins with getting to know you.

This short application introduces us to your household and the companion you’re hoping to find. You don’t need to be a Maine Coon expert—first-time cat owners are welcome.

If we think Griffinwood may be a good fit, we’ll invite you to a relaxed conversation or a follow-up questionnaire. We’ll share our questions beforehand so you have time to consider them, and there will be plenty of room for your questions, too.

We are developing our foundation program and welcome interest in future kittens. Applying and speaking with us are free. An application does not reserve a kitten or guarantee placement.

What Happens Next?

We’ll review your introduction and contact you about next steps. When appropriate, we’ll send a short follow-up questionnaire or arrange a conversation, with discussion topics provided in advance.

There is no application or interview fee. A reservation deposit is requested only after your home is approved and we have agreed on a specific kitten match. It is credited in full toward your kitten’s purchase price. You’ll receive the price, reservation terms, and agreement before any payment is requested.
